Here are before, during, and after shots of Will's first haircut. He was really good about it, as long as we kept the food coming (our main method of distraction). The bottom picture is the before- it's hard to tell because his hair is so light and fine, but it was getting pretty wild. Now he's mission-ready!

Did you do the whole thing just with scissors? I'm impressed, he looks cute- and so grown up and toddlerish too.
